mine magically come from social studies and i use ink pen thats how i got the nickname ink master although i only do expressions

oh that's easy ^_^ when you're done with the image. flatten it (do this at the VERY END) and right click on the layers and go to properties. you'll see a section for "stroke" just pick white and how thick you want it.
